Tim’s abstract prints are loosely based on a series of paintings which developed over a number of years. Inspiration coming from a wide range of sources: quilts, especially American crazy quilts, African, Indian and American Indian textiles, Japanese design, Welsh tapestry blankets, forms in nature etc along with more recent influences. The prints contain up to 200 pieces of lino, each of which has to be individually inked up.
